He was born October 29, 1966 in Big Spring, Texas to Santiago and Leonora Ortega Leal. He was a lifetime resident of Big Spring.
He is survived by one brother David Leal and his wife Betty.
He was preceded in death by his parents and four brothers: Richard, Jimmy, Albert and Gilbert Leal.
