Vickie Jean Mosely, 66, wondrous wife, loving mother, grandmother (GV), creative teacher and compassionate nurse from the youngest baby to the eldest senior; passed into the awaiting arms of her loving Lord Jesus on July 15, 2022. A visitation will be held 7pm-9pm on Monday, July 18, 2022 at the Branch @ npw. A funeral service will take place at 1:00pm July 19, 2022 at Sovereign Grace Church in Midland. Burial will follow the service at Serenity Memorial Gardens.
She was born Vickie Jean Warner to David Ellsworth Warner and Leola Warner in Baltimore MA on September 6 1955 and raised in El Paso, Texas. She graduated from Andress High School, attended UTEP and graduated from Midland College Nursing Program receiving the Irwin Scholar for Academic Achievement Award. If any proof of God is needed, one only has to look at Vickie’s life. True to her name, she was “victorious “. Coming from a broken home, foster home to foster home, evidence of God’s hand on her life became manifest. Hungering for God at a young age He met her and changed her life molding her from shapeless, broken clay to a beautiful creation. Raising four children with her husband Mark T Mosely, she tirelessly worked motel, retail, became a teacher at Word of Life Academy and in her 50’s became a nurse working with Hospice of Midland and ORMC hospital in the NICU. In her final years in this temporary home she worked tirelessly and lovingly with the elderly.
Vickie will be missed dearly by her husband of 45 years Mark T Mosely. Daughter Vanessa M Claybrooke and husband Phil, son Travis J Mosely (TJ) and wife Courtney, daughter Ashley N Norton and son Chase A Mosely and wife Makayla. Grandchildren Willow, Aspen, Olive and Lynden Claybrooke, Kennedy and Brooklyn Mosely, Madden and Tatum Cagle, Jax McGregor and Rhett Norton and Riggs and baby on the way Rush Mosely , brother Gary L Warner and wife Sandra and brother in law and sister in law Charles P (Chuck) Mosely and Judy Mosely and her Niece Kelli Espinoza (Art) and John Mosely, Uncle Al and Aunt Joan Rosignal.
Many thanks and appreciation to all who showed love and generosity to the Mosely family during this challenging time. We love you all. Thank you Hospice of Midland and Midland Memorial Hospital for your loving support and care.
Arrangements are under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory in Midland. Online condolences may be made at www.npwelch.com.

Mark and family, please accept my condolences. I will not be able to attend the celebration of life for Vickie, but my heart will be there with all of you. I was so happy to reconnect with Vickie after so many years. We knew each other in high school. She finally got the life, husband and children she deserved. The world is a better place because of your dear mother, Vickie. She did all that she could to instill her love of Christ into everyone that she touched. I knew her in high school and worked with her way back then. She was a sweetheart then and spread her love as can be seen through all of her family. God rest her soul! She is at peace and will be missed until we meet her again.
