Lois Lemon Bell

Lois Lemon Bell passed away on Tuesday November 9^th, 2021, at her home in Midland, TX.

Lois was born on December 18^, 1929, in Gainesville, TX to William and Laura Lemon. She married A.D (Don) Bell in 1950. They were transferred to Midland, TX while Don was employed with Gulf Oil Company. Then they were transferred to Alpine where they had their first child, Cindy. After two years in Alpine, they were once again transferred back to Midland, where they proceeded to have two more children, Mark, and Valerie. Lois was a wonderful housewife and loving mother to their three children. In the fall of 1973, she joined the family business at Campana Petroleum Company and continued to run the business until her passing.

She was a wonderful grandmother to eight grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. The memories of her being a loving and energetic Granny will always be shared and cherished by all. She will be dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Don Bell, her parents William and Laura, as well as her sister Jean McPherson, and son-in-law Ronnie Benton.

She is survived by Cindy and Robert Fatheree, their children, Ryan, Michael and his wife Kim and their three children, Maddy, Ethan, and Logan; Allison and her husband Shane Davis and their daughters, Emily, Aubrey, Braelyn, and Cora; Scott and his children, Jaxson and Charlotte. Mark Bell his longtime girlfriend Claudia Hightower, his son Jack and his longtime girlfriend Katherine. Valerie Benton, her children, Laura and her husband Jeffry Long and his daughter Samantha; Kristen Benton, and Taylor Benton and her fiancé Justin King, and their children William and Ellie, as well as Valerie’s stepchildren, Brandi and Brian Benton.
