My wife (Emma) and I (Lloyd) send our heartfelt condolences to Sharon and Earl's children. I am Earl's first cousin and I knew Earl from the time he was born. My father (Norman) and his father (Archie) were very close. Our families visited each other often in Manitoba, Iowa and Akron. As the pictures show, Earl seemed to smile almost all the time. One memory I have of him was when we dropped in for a visit at his farm near Kola, Manitoba. He was covered in oil and grease from fixing the motor on his tractor. It was obvious he was enjoying himself immensely. I pray that God will comfort you as you deal with this terrible loss. Lloyd Penner

Mr. Earl was a warm, kind, funny gentleman. He always made me feel so welcome when he and Sharon hosted get-together. Mr. Earl had a quick wit, generous laugh, and good heart. He will be missed very much. GodSpeed, sir, and God bless.
