Rick T. Van Every, 56, of Midland went home to be with our Lord on Friday, December 1, 2017, with his loving family surrounding him at the time of his passing. Rosary will be held 7:00pm Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at St. Ann’s Catholic Church. Funeral Mass will be 1:00pm, Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at St. Ann’s Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Resthaven Memorial Park. Pallbearers for the service will be Andrew Knapp, Robert Olgin Jr., Matthew T. Olgin, Daniel Borrego, Tony Paredes, and Craig O’Conner.Rick was born December 28, 1960 in Miami, Florida to Edwin Leroy Van Every and Margaret Lois Herboldsheimer Van Every, who preceded him in death. Rick married the love of his life and his queen Sandy on September 5, 2015. Rick worked for Foreman Electric as HR manager. His passion was to love and treat Sandy like a Queen. He loved playing golf, poker and pool and was very good at it. Rick said hello to everyone and would shake everyone’s hand. There was no stranger to Rick. Rick loved to spend time with all of his 6 fur babies. Rick was a loving husband, father, stepfather, brother and brother in law and uncle.Rick is survived by his loving wife Sandy Ozuna Van Every; daughter Brittany Knapp and husband Andrew Knapp; stepsons Robert Olgin Jr, and Matthew T.
