Sharon Lavon Lewis, 60, of Midland, passed away on Tuesday, March 28, 2017. The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 30, 2017 from 7:00 pm-9:00 pm at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home in Midland. Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 31, 2017 at 10:00 am at Mid-Cities Community Church in Midland. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.Sharon was born on September 4, 1956 to Eddie Faye and Bobby Dillard in Abilene, TX.Sharon has left a legacy of unshakable faith in Jesus Christ, unconditional love for people both great and small, and steadfast service to the Body of Christ, The Church. “Eyes on Jesus!” was her anthem and she ever lived to honor that name that is above every name.She is survived by her husband, Jerry Lewis; daughter, Jami Stotts and husband, Camron; and son, Jae Lewis and wife, Lana; grandchildren, Elaine, Owen, Lincoln, Oliver, Miles, Kingston, Lomi, Eva Rose, Hannah, Sophia and Henry; brother, Randy Dillard; sister, Bobra Burkett and husband, Mark.She is preceded in death by her parents, Eddie Faye and Bobby Dillard.Pallbearers will be Johnathan Purkey, Chris Kelly, Mark Burkett, Camron Stotts, Christopher Stout, and James Thompson.Memorials can be donated to The Lewis Memorial Fund at Mid-Cities Community Church, 8700 State Highway 191, Midland, TX 79707.Arrangements are under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory of Midland.
