George Becerra Jr., 69, of Midland, passed away on Sunday, February 26, 2017 in Lubbock surrounded by his family. The family will receive friends from 7:00-9:00PM on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Chapel in Midland.He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. Always readily available to help those in need. He was strong, yet gentle. Protective and loving. Hard working and respected. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, playing with his grandchildren, traveling to different casinos, dancing with his wife, and watching western movies.He is survived by his wife Susie Becerra, his daughter Gloria Enriquez and her husband Rod of Odessa, TX, daughter Michelle Alvarado and her husband Oscar, and his son George Adam Becerra, both from Midland, TX. His grandchildren Brittany Enriquez and Isaiah Alvarado and his great-grandchildren Dylan, Easton, and Peighton Tarin. His sister Juanita Martinez from Uvalde, TX. His brothers, Jose Ramos and Martin Cruz from Midland, TX.He is preceded in death by his parents, Jorge Becerra Sr. and Victoria Castillo. His sisters, Eva Riojas, and Irene Zavala.,
