Juanita Gibbs Heflin, 79, of Big Spring, died on Monday, April 8, 2002, in a local nursing home. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Wednesday, April 10, 2002, at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel. Interment will follow at Mt. Olive Memorial Park.     She was born on December 22, 1922 in Howard County, Texas and married Lewis Heflin on July 3, 1958 in Big Spring. He preceded her in death on April 3, 1986.      Mrs. Heflin was a nurse at Cowper Clinic and Hospital for 43 years.     She was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church.      Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Freddy L. and Judy Brown of Big Spring; two step daughters, Judy Wallace of Eunice, New Mexico, and Joyce Newsom of Big Spring; two brothers, L.C. Gibbs of Big Spring, and Charles Ray Gibbs of Royce City; and two grandsons, Brian Brown of Dallas, and Sean Brown of Portland, Oregon.      Arrangements under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home. www.npwelch.com,
