Jean King, 69, of Big Spring, died on Wednesday, January 16, 2002, in a local nursing home. Graveside funeral services will be at 4:30 PM Thursday, January 17, 2002, at Trinity Memorial Park with Rev. Don Snipes, pastor of Baptist Temple Church, officiating. She was born on December 14, 1932 in Knott, Texas and married Jim F. King on February 14, 1963 in Midland, Texas. Mrs. King came to Big Spring in 1950 and was a homemaker and loved gardening. She was a member of Baptist Temple Church. Survivors include her husband, Jim F. King of Big Spring; one daughter, Sherry Yezak of San Antonio; one son, James Terrell Morgan of Big Spring; three step sons, Jimmie King of Pampa, Ron King of Midland and Carey King of Richardson; her father, Alvie Hughes of Big Spring; nine grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother, Audie Hatten in 1994. Arrangements under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home,
