Delmar Ray Brown, 65, of Coahoma, formerly of Lexington died on Friday, February 15, 2002, at his residence. Graveside services will be at 11:00 AM Tuesday, February 19, 2002, at Lexington Cemetery, in Lexington, Texas, with Rev. Reuen Cooper, retired Baptist minister, officating. Delmar was born on October 13, 1936 in Jack County, Texas. He worked as a truck driver for Price Construction Company. He was a Baptist. Survivors include one son, Danny Brown of LaVernia; two daughters, Sharon Martinez of Giddings and Leah Turner of Fort Worth; five grandchildren, Tony Hicks of Lexington, Tina Darity of Austin, Gary Brown and Randy Brown both of Denton, Billy Joe Turner, Jr. of Fort Worth; one great granddaughter, Codi Darity of Austin; two sisters, Betty Haywood of Wynnewood, Oklahoma and Juanita Clark of Houston. Arrangements under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home.,
